Bulk sells large logistics project at Nebbenes to Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap II AS

Pareto Alternative Investments AS has on behalf of Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap II AS (“Pareto”) acquired a new logistics property from Bulk Infrastructure AS (“Bulk”). The property is in Nebbenes in Eidsvoll municipality, next to the main highway (E6) and around 10 minutes from Oslo Airport. The building will be completed in February 2019 and measure 21,200 sqm, with a total land plot of around 50,000 sqm. The whole property is let out to Tibnor AS on a 20-year lease contract. Tibnor is the leading Nordic supplier of steel, other metals and processing services.

The selling company, BULK Infrastructure AS, is a leading provider of sustainable digital infrastructure in the Nordics. The company is highly specialized in building data centers, industrial real estate and fiber networks. The company has a long-standing reputation for development of large-scale projects. To date, the company has developed more than 400,000 square meters of logistics warehouses and cross-dock terminals. Since 2010 Bulk has so far sold 25 property projects for a total amount of NOK 5.2 billion.

- Our business area, Industrial Real Estate, has a strong focus on securing strategic locations close to Norway’s big cities main artery, the large highways, and we strive to be able to offer multiple locations. From a broader perspective, this focus has also contributed to logistics being relocating from crowded and inefficient areas around the downtown areas, to more efficient locations along the approach roads. The result is a more sustainable solution both for the logistics operator and for society in general, says CEO Jon Gravråk in Bulk Infrastructure AS.
