Press release: Bulk Infrastructure AS acquires Data Center Technology AS

As a part of Bulk’s data centre focused strategy, Bulk has acquired 100% of the shares in Data Center Technology AS (DCT).

Bulk Infrastructure AS (Bulk) has started main construction works on N01 Campus in Vennesla Norway.  Wheh completed it will be the World’s largest dedicated data centre park powered by 100% green renewable hydroelectric power. Bulk is currently undertaking a major refurbishment and modernizing of the Oslo Internet Exchange (OS-IX), Norway’s largest data centre.

As a part of Bulk’s data centre focused strategy, Bulk has acquired 100% of the Scandinavian technology company:  Data Center Technology AS (DCT).

 “The acquisition of DCT represents a new chapter for Bulk, after ten years with organic growth, we are now in a position to grow through strategic acquisitions. DCT strengthens our core teams, bringing together both specialised resources and expertise, supporting our current and future data centre developments projects which is important for the strong growth we are experiencing” says  Peder Nærbø, Owner and Chairman in Bulk.

DCT is a data room entrepreneur and system integrator delivering complete and turn-key data centre.
