Bulk Infrastructure opens office in London
Oslo, NOR - Sept 20, 2019, As a Nordic leader within industrial real estate, data centers and fiber networks, Bulk Infrastructure today announce that they open their UK office, in London.
- Setting up a UK-based office in London is a natural thing for us to do now. Our portfolio with international customers is growing, and it’s important to be even closer to our clients, says CEO Jon Gravråk in Bulk Infrastructure AS.
- With new international fiber routes and Bulk's datacenter parks in Denmark and Norway, Bulk is attracting customers way outside the Nordic region. In March 2019, Amazon Web Services signed an agreement with Bulk, and more companies are expected to follow, says Gravråk.
Rob Elder (38) is appointed as Vice President Sales in Bulk`s business area, Data Centers. Rob has more than 15 years’ experience in the Data Centre industry at Keysource Ltd and CBRE. Along with the Senior Management team, Rob led Keysource Ltd. to be one of the leading specialists in data center design and engineering for SME’s and Colocation companies in the UK.
- The team at Bulk have set out a clear strategy and already made a significant investment to combine low cost, highly resilient renewable energy and high capacity fiber connectivity delivered at scale in a region which offers a huge potential for sustainable digital infrastructure and data center development. Warren Barrie is appointed as International Sales Director in Bulk's Data Center business arm. Warren has experience from Global Switch, Virtus Data Centers and Digital Realty, operating in Senior Executive and Sales Director / Business Development Director roles. Warren is a hands-on strategic business leader focused on creating a rewarding and enjoyable experience for clients and partners.
